This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS
  • Ability to communicate professionally with business stakeholders both written and verbally
  • Ability to effectively listen and provide direction to hourly workforce
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting
  • Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
  • Excellent counting skills and detail focused
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Supervisor with daily administrative tasks for their assigned department
  • Supports Supervisor with daily email communication to business partners
  • Supports with ensuring system accuracy within their department (IBM, WMS, LMS)
  • Provides regular and adhoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their department
  • Will be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with general department tasks
  • Engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and always organized
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership
