Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical or programming-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience using commercial clinical data management systems (CDMS)/electronic data capture (EDC) systems (eg - Oracle RDC / Inform, Medidata Rave, DataLabs, etc) or Interactive Response Technologies (IRT)
  • 1 to 3 years of practical project management experience highly prioritized
  • Knowledge of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA) required
  • Proven ability to provide trainings and presentations
  • Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the main liaison between sponsors, electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) vendors, CROs, and internal study teams
  • Leads the end-to-end implementation of eCOA solutions for global clinical studies
  • Translates study requirements into technical specifications for eCOA vendors
  • Applies project management methodology to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all activities across workstreams with varying priorities and timelines
  • Proactively drives quality of deliverables as well as ensures timelines and milestones are met
  • Provides technical oversight of non-CRF data acquisition related activities through communication with multiple data providers and Clinical Research Organizations (CRO)
