About The Position

The DashMart Team Member plays a crucial role in the operation of DashMart, a convenience store concept by DoorDash. This position involves picking and packing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. The team member is also responsible for customer satisfaction by confirming order substitutions and maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a retail environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds (with or without accommodations).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders from the DoorDash app.
• Managing inventory and spoilage, including stock receivables and shelf life.
