About The Position
As a DashMart Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our convenience store, which is integrated with the DoorDash app. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall organization of the warehouse. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount. In your role, you will be responsible for picking orders that come through the DoorDash app, carefully packing them, and handing them off to our delivery drivers. You will also manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is rotated properly and that items are stored in accordance with their shelf life. Keeping the warehouse clean and organized is another key aspect of your job, as it contributes to a safe and efficient working environment. Additionally, you will be tasked with delighting customers by ensuring that any substitutions are approved and communicated effectively.
