Requirements

  • You will serve as the DAS Subject Matter Expert for complex venue, enterprise, healthcare, transportation, and high-visibility in-building wireless opportunities.
  • You will lead technical solutioning and pricing activities, including scope development, labor estimating, BOM validation, assumptions, exclusions, and risk identification.
  • You will support the full project lifecycle from opportunity shaping and pre-sales support through delivery handoff and execution guidance.
  • You will work closely with sales, program management, design, field, construction, and customer teams to develop solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • You will review and guide iBwave designs, RF concepts, DAS architectures, equipment selection, and implementation strategy to ensure quality and delivery readiness.
  • You will help define the right deployment approach, resource strategy, and execution model for complex DAS programs.
  • You will identify technical, commercial, and delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will support resolution of complex technical issues during project pursuit, design, implementation, testing, and closeout.
  • You will contribute to the development of standardized processes, estimating methods, handoff discipline, and best practices across the E2E Venues organization.
  • You will mentor internal teams and help build stronger technical and commercial competency across the broader group.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with iBwave and major DAS OEMs such as JMA, CommScope, Corning, or SOLiD
  • Experience with large venue DAS, neutral host systems, public safety / ERRCS, and enterprise in-building deployments
  • Experience with CW testing, optimization, closeout support, and field validation activities
  • Experience creating or reviewing SOWs, LoE models, pricing packages, and technical proposal content
  • Experience in a role that combines technical leadership, pricing, pre-sales support, and delivery governance
