About The Position

The DAS Maintenance Technician will support system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and warranty activities across university campuses, stadiums, commercial buildings, and public‑safety environments. This role provides day‑2 support after system turn‑up and is responsible for long‑term customer system health, RMA work, and legacy DAS network maintenance. This is a 40‑hour workweek with opportunities for overtime. It is a long‑term, full‑time opportunity, structured as a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire with a strong history of conversion.

Requirements

DAS Maintenance Experience
2–4 years of hands‑on DAS experience, including installation, day‑2 support, integration, and maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and testing background in DAS environments
Technical Proficiency
Fiber testing & troubleshooting (Fluke, AFL, OTDR required)
Fiber scoping and single‑mode splicing
Familiarity with major OEMs: JMA, Corning, Comba, CommScope
Experience with PIM/Sweep testing and coax/fiber diagnostics
