About The Position

Lithia and Driveway (LAD), a leading organization operating in the US, Canada, and the UK, is seeking a DART Analyst with a strong background in research. The DART Analyst will be responsible for researching and validating legislative and operational changes or opportunities within the Automotive Retail Business across the three countries where LAD operates. This role supports executive leadership by providing critical insights for Enterprise Risk Management, Government Affairs, and Sustainability functions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and analyze data to identify changes impacting the LAD business environment.
• Interpret data and draw inferences and conclusions, potentially triggering additional research.
• Present findings and results to executive leadership.
• Follow up to ensure business adjustments are made to accommodate identified changes.
• Collaborate internally within LAD to ensure all stakeholders are aware of changes and opportunities.
