About The Position

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in research execution aligned with national security and complex enabling organizational networks. Support experimentation, pilots, or applied research efforts related to networks, systems, or operational environments. Support testing efforts, including preparation of experiment/test plans and coordination with teammates, customers and stakeholders. Provide program management and acquisition support. Perform independent technical assessments of new technologies and system designs, including evaluation of alternatives, trade studies, and cost-benefit analyses. Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, engineering, international affairs, data science, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multidisciplinary research efforts in one or more of the following areas cost and economic analysis, manufacturing systems and supply chain resilience, complex adaptive systems modelling.
  • Ability to provide practical and creative solutions in a dynamic work environment, while working effectively with a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Must have an Active US Government TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Please note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Government TS/SCI Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or PhD.
  • Knowledge of industrial mobilization, resilience under protracted conflict, infrastructure and logistics resilience, and a demonstrated understanding of the intersection of economics, policy, and national security.
  • Military and/or Government program support experience.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve program execution risks, mitigations, and issues.
  • Candidates should be self-starters capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
