About The Position

As the Policy and TechEx Lead, you will provide visionary leadership for the development, implementation, and governance of organizational policies, ensuring alignment with global regulations and industry best practices. You will champion the use of data analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making, operational improvements, and strategic reporting. This role requires leading cross-functional policy review committees and facilitating stakeholder engagement, monitoring global regulatory changes, assessing their impact, and ensuring timely updates to policies, procedures, and team knowledge. You will also prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post graduate experience in progressive experience in policy development, dangerous goods compliance, technical program management, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising technical and analytics professionals.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience with policy management systems, technical documentation, or data-driven performance management.
  • Ability to interpret complex global regulations and translate them into actionable strategies and policies.
  • Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification in policy, compliance, technical management, or analytics (Certified Dangerous Goods Professional).
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, hazardous materials, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and global teams.
  • Expertise in dashboard development, KPI/KSI development, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.

Responsibilities
