About The Position
The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Dance Instructor to lead dance classes for children ages 4-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance and a talent for engaging young learners in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. This role involves teaching a variety of dance styles, developing age-appropriate routines, and encouraging a love for dance among children. We are seeking a candidate that has experience in Hip Hop dance and can teach basics and performative routines. Candidate must be available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
