We are looking for a Danaher Business System Leader, also recognized as the Continuous Improvement Leader, to spearhead the continuous improvement strategy at our Timonium, MD manufacturing plant. This role is integral to the Global Operations team and will be located ON-SITE in Timonium, MD. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Science or Engineering related subject areas.
• 5-10 years of business/operations management or manufacturing experience.
• Mastery of an array of Lean Tools and DBS Fundamentals for over 5 years.
• Hands-on Gemba experience driving kaizen facilitation and leadership using DBS and lean tools.
• Strong analytical skills, MS Excel proficiency, and SAP knowledge.
• Interpersonal, managerial, and facilitation skills, including public speaking and moderating.

Responsibilities

• Develop the site's DBS Strategy and Vision as a change facilitator.
• Collaborate with other site DBSLs and operation leadership to transform and support a continuous improvement culture.
• Facilitate and conduct kaizens, problem-solving, and boot camps in DBS Fundamentals and Lean tools.
• Manage the kaizen funnel tool and certified practitioner funnel to strengthen connections between customer-facing metrics and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Influence all levels of the organization using effective coaching and mentoring skills.
• Grow the DBS muscle by establishing a team of certified practitioners in DBS and driving Lean Conversion across the operations.
