Primary Responsibilities The role of the Dams, Levees, and Civil Works Project Manager is to support our expanding dams and levees program and to provide technical leadership to the delivery of Dam, Levee, and Civil Works projects in Montana. This is a leadership role that involves project management, business development, as well as planning, organizing, and coordinating the work of entry and mid-level professionals. Within HDR, the Project Manager will engage throughout the project cycle, including project capture strategy, upfront risk review and staff assignments, and project delivery. General Responsibilities As a leader, the Dams, Levees, and Civil Works Project Manager work with other managerial staff to oversee project completion in an efficient manner. He/she oversees each phase of the project delivery cycle so that the team meets company specifications, industry standard of care, and complies with federal and state regulations.
