About The Position

As a Residential Construction Project Manager with Paul Davis, you will celebrate the completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople and homeowners, while continuously learning about construction and building homes. You will manage renovations after traumatic events such as fires or floods, controlling and communicating the budget effectively. This role requires spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. You will build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and manage a team to complete projects successfully. The position offers autonomy after training to control your schedule and seek learning opportunities to improve your skill set.

Requirements

  • Current Maryland Home Improvement Contractors license (MHIC).
  • Ability to manage all aspects of a home improvement project and maintain a predetermined budget.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Proficient with Core Logic Estimating software and MICA mitigation software.
