Analyze rental agreements, repair estimates, police reports, and invoices to support claim negotiations and settlements. Ensure timely and accurate data input into the claims system for accounting and reporting purposes. Send subrogation-related documents using the most efficient and cost-effective methods. Track claims periodically to ensure timely resolution and follow-up. Utilize reporting tools to communicate outcomes and distribute claim status updates regularly. Ensure all communications comply with state and federal regulations and consumer protection laws. Resolve customer service, operations, accounting, and insurer conflicts, making decisions that align with the company’s best interests. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into claims procedures.
