The technician maintains working relationships with area excavators, municipalities, and company personnel responsible for excavation activities, ensuring the accuracy of company maps and records related to damage prevention. The position also requires completing and maintaining accurate records and reports to comply with company and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include assisting other operations functions, holding stand-by duty, and addressing safety and encroachment issues. The technician is responsible for the safe operation and inspection of assigned company vehicles and equipment, and must adhere to company values and safety protocols.
