Exelon is leading the energy transformation, and we're calling all problem solvers, innovators, community builders and change makers. The primary purpose of this position is to investigate dig ins resulting in damage to ComEd facilities and make determinations as to who is at fault that will assist the claims group in collecting for the cost of repair. The role involves intervening on jobsites to stop unsafe digging practices and providing training advice and assistance. The position also requires assisting locators and excavators in a proactive manner to reduce dig ins to ComEd facilities, protecting the Company's assets and managing the field investigation of Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. The role may require working extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
