About The Position

HBK is seeking a poised, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all guests to our Dallas office. This individual will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist will be a key contributor to the broader administrative team and will partner closely with Executive Assistants and the Dallas Office Manager to deliver best-in-class hospitality and administrative support. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, taking initiative to ensure that every visitor interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and follow up on tasks.
  • Highly collaborative team player.
  • Professional presence with strong energy, enthusiasm, and maturity.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
