About The Position

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and set individual sales goals for sales associates.
• Support the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales.
• Analyze sales reports and data to develop business strategies.
• Ensure sales associates provide the highest level of customer service and maintain client communication.
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash management.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support loss prevention and risk management in all areas.
• Implement and maintain merchandising directives and effective merchandising strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring timely filling of positions.
• Evaluate the performance of associates and provide feedback.
