About The Position
Dalian Development is the mixed-use multifamily development arm of the Fateh Family Office, a global investment and development firm with a focus on long term wealth preservation and growth. Our mission is to develop institutional quality multifamily product in select high barrier to entry markets. Dalian has delivered over 1,000 units in Philadelphia, PA and San Antonio, TX and has active developments in Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA and Pittsburgh, PA to deliver approximately 1,000 luxury apartment units. Dalian is actively pursuing opportunities across the country to continue to expand our pipeline. Dalian is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team. The successful candidate will provide support for the Accounting/Finance Team in the day-to-day operations and development of several large-scale multifamily projects. The Senior Accountant will work with Property Management, Development, and Accounting personnel as well as Executive level staff within our organization. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements, development draws and general ledger account reconciliations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
