Dairy Shift Leader
About The Position
As a team leader in this dairy department, you’ll oversee the daily operations and manage and develop a team of employees, ensuring products are available for customers and team members are providing incredible service. You'll work side-by-side with your team to stock the department with products our customers rely on. What You'll Do Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals Work in cold temperatures (cold gear provided)
Requirements
- 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
- Computer skills

- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant product
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
