Alta Genetics is adding to their globally renowned sales team in the Northern New York and Vermont markets. We are looking for a passionate and proven business consultant that will be “boots on the ground” in the territory and focused on delivery of value-added genetic solutions and programs, building the dairy herd customer portfolio. You will also be responsible for building relationships and rapport with existing customers and focused on retention. In this role, you will be focused on large-herd growth (new relationships with large producers), support with herd management software and helping dairymen in a technical sense. You will also manage inventory counts/ordering, invoicing and working with support staff to ensure we are operating effectively and providing exemplary service to our farmers, producers and industry partners.
