About The Position
The Dairy Manager works individually to manage activities and functions of the Dairy Department to achieve and maximize sales and profits. This role involves overseeing the presentation and sanitation standards of the Dairy Department, processing and stocking products according to Sprouts dairy standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. The Dairy Manager is responsible for controlling inventory, ensuring proper product rotation, managing price changes, and engaging with team members through coaching and performance evaluations. Additionally, the Dairy Manager will participate in recruitment, scheduling, and communication of standards and expectations to the team.
