About The Position

The Dairy/Lead Clerk is responsible for planning, organizing, training, and directing Grocery Clerks, as well as performing production and customer service functions to maximize store sales and profits. This role also involves modeling and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Mariano’s, based in Illinois, merged with The Kroger Company in 2015 and operates over 40 stores in the Chicago Metro area.
