About The Position
Kowalski Companies is a civic business. We have been family-owned since 1983, when Jim and Mary Kowalski opened the first location on Grand Ave. in St. Paul. Part of being a civic business means we focus on ensuring sustainability and providing the best possible customer service. Our Dairy/Frozen employees are responsible for keeping our department stocked and organized so that customers can easily find the products they are looking for. They also have an interest in product knowledge to educate customers on items they may not know about. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build right relationships with both coworkers and customers to create a welcoming and helpful environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 + years old
- Availability to work 6am - 4pm, 20 - 39 hours/week
- Weekend and Holiday availability a must
- Ensure quality and safety
- Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in product knowledge
