About The Position
The Dairy/Frozen Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and profitability of the dairy and frozen department within the store. This role includes training, directing, and monitoring department staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing inventory and profitability. The manager will also fulfill the duties of the Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled, contributing to the overall success of the store.
