About The Position

The Dairy-Frozen Food Specialist at Winn-Dixie is responsible for managing daily operations in the dairy and frozen food departments. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to operate pallet jack, baler, and trash compactor.
• Proficient with computer applications used in department operations.
• Possession of Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it within 180 days.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals for merchandising, sales, and profits, empowering the team to meet them.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food handling practices.
