About The Position

Under limited supervision, operate multiple types of dairy equipment machines used for cheese and/or whey manufacturing processes, to produce product according to company specifications, quality, and safety objectives. You will also inspect, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the production equipment, and perform preventive/general maintenance, and communicate to Cheesemakers and/or Process Specialists any issues and adjustments that may be needed. A Dairy Equipment Operator must have the ability to adapt quickly to different situations, the ability to handle stressful situations well, and be team oriented. Why Grande? Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience and/or training required
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different situations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations well
  • Team oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working with food manufacturing equipment desirable.
