About The Position

The Dairy/Clerk position focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals. This role also involves monitoring quality assurance standards, embracing the Customer 1st strategy, and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Qualify Food Centers (QFC), based in Washington, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998 and now serves customers in 59 stores across Washington and Oregon. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
  • Monitor all established quality assurance standards.
  • Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
