About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean plant environment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous waste generated by the truck manufacturing process.
• Participate in recycling efforts and adhere to safety standards.
• Advise the Team Leader of any safety or quality issues encountered.
• Follow 5S work standards (Sort, Set, Sweep, Standardize, Sustain).
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist other team members as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Utilize tools correctly in assigned work team and reduce waste in the work area.
• Participate in huddle team meetings.
