About The Position
Riverside Academy, a public charter school serving EK-8th grade students on Cincinnati's westside, is seeking a Daily Substitute Teacher to join our close-knit, supportive team. At Riverside, you'll step into a nurturing environment where teachers and staff work together to help every child succeed-academically and socially. Whether filling in for a day or longer, you'll play a key role in keeping learning on track and creating a positive classroom experience.
Requirements
- Current Ohio teaching license (any content area).
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student success and comfort working in an urban school setting.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Teach and manage classrooms using provided lesson plans.
