About The Position

Sidwell Friends School, a co-educational Quaker day school, is seeking qualified per diem substitute teachers for all subjects in grades PK - 4. This position requires teaching in person at the school campus, and applicants must have a relevant college degree, some experience working with children, and be certified in CPR/First Aid. The school hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and due to the nature of the school environment, there may not be substitution possibilities every day.

Requirements

• Relevant college degree.
• Experience working with children.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and support to students in grades PK - 4 as a substitute teacher.
