About The Position
Founded and owned by the Lewis Family, Guardian Angel Senior Services has 13 offices located in Massachusetts & New Hampshire... and we are not done growing! We are a thriving, full-service home care agency. Role and Responsibilities: Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs.) Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care requirements. Medication reminders. Companionship. Full transfers. Light housekeeping. Laundry. Meal preparation. Transport to and from shopping (groceries or clothing) and appointments.
Requirements
- Experience in-home care preferred, but not required
- Training and certifications can be provided
- Must be dedicated, reliable and sensitive to the needs of the client
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Driver's License and personally owned vehicle preferred, but not required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, stand for periods of time, bend, push, and provide physical intervention as necessary
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be 18 years of age (or older)
