About The Position

Kearney and Company is seeking DAF FIAR Support Analyst to join our growing team! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Support audit‑remediation activities by collecting documentation, organizing evidence, and maintaining accurate tracking of corrective‑action items Review policies, procedures, and internal controls to identify gaps and assists in drafting updates or process improvements under the direction of senior staff Contribute to preparing status reports, ensuring audit trails are complete, and coordinating with stakeholders to verify that remediation steps are fully implemented and properly documented Maintain relationships and communicate with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable). Requirements

  • BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Active Secret Clearance at minimum required
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to navigate a transaction database and determine potential issues
  • Skills in MS Excel and other data analysis tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
