ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Competently utilize all Dacotah Dining kitchen stations. Work any station and shift as needed. Assume a leadership role in the kitchen. Assist Chef de Cuisine as needed. Assume responsibility for all food produced by the kitchen. Assist with control of food and labor costs. Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff. Motivate kitchen staff and ensure that they are kept busy. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
