TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST CURRENTLY HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED). The candidate must have a very strong compliance background as it relates to our Customer’s mission. The Compliance Engineer serves as the technical bridge between product development and policy/compliance/legal requirements. This role aids with the designs, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions to enforce internal/external policies and compliance obligations while mitigating risk across the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with legal, compliance, policy, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into architecture, code, and infrastructure. They must also be able to apply that experience and knowledge to ongoing development projects (i.e. analytics, user interfaces, APIs, etc.). Twenty (20) years-experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
