About The Position

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Technical D365 Lead. This position involves overseeing the technical aspects of D365 ERP implementation tailored to the retail sector. The successful candidate will provide in-depth knowledge and guidance on D365 system architecture and integration, develop and execute comprehensive technical plans, and guide the team through system design, development, and testing. The role also includes leading system configuration, customization, and development, with a specialization in inventory control, Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM) implementation, and store operations. Additionally, the Technical D365 Lead will supervise several technical team members, ensuring cohesive and efficient teamwork while collaborating with business process owners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivering D365 ERP implementations, specifically within the retail industry.
• Strong expertise in D365 system architecture and integration.
• Excellent technical project planning and management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees or certifications in D365 or ERP systems are a plus.
• Relevant certifications in D365, system architecture, or related areas are highly desirable.
