Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical lead or senior developer.
• Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, development (X++, extensions), and administration.
• Experience administering Azure services and Power Platform components in relation to Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Synapse Link or similar data integration and analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience working with or managing contractors and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment and attend on-site meetings in Greensboro, NC as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations production support across North America.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and technical leadership to contractors from partner organizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers.
• Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments, including Azure services and Power Platform components related to D365.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, system enhancements, and deployment activities.
• Apply knowledge of Synapse Link and related data integration tools to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions and delivery standards.
• Support implementation projects as bandwidth permits, contributing to design, development, and deployment activities.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and report progress or issues as needed.
• Document technical solutions, support processes, and system configurations.
• Stay current with updates, new features, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure, Power Platform, and Synapse Link.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvements, automation, and process enhancement.
