About The Position

Avantiico is looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics D365 Supply Chain Consultant with a proven expertise in Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics) functionality to join our US Delivery Team. You will be working with our certified Microsoft experts as well as with other leading global partners to transform businesses by connecting people and processes. This is a full-time work-from-home position. This job may require up to 25% travel or more when working remotely.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with full lifecycle implementation in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
  • Proven advisory role experience and solution presentation skills, with an ability to present complex SCM solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics) functionality including manufacturing, procurement and sourcing, sales order, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning.
  • Cross-functional knowledge of two or more D365 modules and functional capabilities in Finance, Project Accounting and Management, Service Management/Field Service, Commerce, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge and experience of Freight Reconciliation and Demand Planning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams in a consulting environment.
  • Understanding of Life Cycle Services, DevOps and good consulting practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Information Technology is a plus.
  • Current certification a plus (Dynamics 365 and others), or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of other D365 key functional areas including Talent, HR/Payroll, Customer Engagement (CRM), and machine learning, agents and Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 Copilots.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Sales Order, Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, and Master Planning.
  • Participate in client workshops, fit-gap analyses, and system design sessions.
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities across D365 F&O implementation projects.
  • Contribute to the development of functional documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Finance, Manufacturing, and Power Platform to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer support cases in your area of expertise, as assigned by the Managed Services Manager.
  • Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices in D365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Assist in pre-sales/marketing activities including producing written content, short videos, webinars, and in-person presentations.
