About The Position

As a D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant, you'll help global businesses transform their financial operations through technology. By leading discovery workshops, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring smooth implementations, you'll drive outcomes that strengthen financial performance and empower users. Your bilingual skills in English and Spanish will enable seamless collaboration with teams and clients across regions, ensuring every project delivers lasting impact. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Infrastructure and Security team and work collaboratively with the Program Manager. In this role, you will Lead customer workshops to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Conduct design sessions with key stakeholders to create effective D365 Finance solutions. Configure core Finance modules in D365 F&O including Chart of Accounts, Ledger Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Ledger Templates, Fiscal and Ledger Calendars, Legal Entities, and Financial Reports. Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects from blueprinting through configuration, validation, and go-live. Support month-end and year-end close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with and guide offshore teams throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and propose workarounds or custom solutions for unique business needs. Partner with testing teams to provide scenarios for integration testing. Review and enhance training materials, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and support users during UAT. Execute and lead cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition to production. Requirements

10+ years of proven experience as a Finance Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft D365 F&O.
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles and best practices.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, essential for collaboration with regional teams and clients.

Nice To Haves

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Understanding of tax regulations and financial processes in LATAM countries.
