About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our team for a hybrid role based in Tyler, Texas. This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with periodic travel to client locations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in D365 Finance and SCM implementation, preferably with exposure to retail or distribution industry processes

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of consulting experience with at least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience in D365 Finance & SCM (Dynamics AX experience is a plus
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and SCM modules, with proven ability to configure, test, and deploy solutions in live environments
• Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional designs and system configurations
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills to interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams in a collaborative environment
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM modules, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze complex business needs, provide functional design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of D365 Finance & SCM capabilities
• Configure key Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Cost Accounting) and SCM modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management)
• Work closely with technical teams to design integrations, data migration strategies, and custom enhancements
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), training materials, and user documentation, and conduct workshops or training sessions for end-users
• Provide expertise in retail, distribution, or manufacturing scenarios, including POS, store operations, and omni-channel processes (preferred)
• Support system upgrades, patch management, and performance improvements as required
• Travel to client sites in Tyler, Texas as needed for project delivery and stakeholder meetings
