About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform Technical Manager to join our application development team. This role involves performing billable client work, client and internal travel, Off-shore resource management, application development and maintenance, architecture design, and peer code review. The position also requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key client contacts, providing guidance and assistance to other developers, and participating in business development activities by extending services to existing clients or designing solutions for new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred).
  • Experience with Power Platform Portal or similar CMS (Portal Connector).
  • Proficiency in source control tools such as GitHub Enterprise, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
  • Understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, React).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in consulting.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of Azure serverless technologies, including Azure Message Queues, Azure File Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Ability to apply system design and development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse customization capabilities, including plugins, custom workflow assemblies, web templates, and Liquid scripting language.
  • Experience with Power Apps Control Framework (PCF) components and React.js.
  • Understanding of web service architectures (RESTful APIs, WebAPI, OData).
  • Experience with accounting ERP or Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Proven ability to integrate systems effectively.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels.
