About The Position

Velosio is looking for a Senior Consultant to be an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics CE Team. As a Senior Consultant at Velosio, you will focus on providing the ideal client experience as a trusted advisor. Your day might look like: Lead projects: Work closely with Velosio PMO on project schedules, client communication, and team expectations Work closely with the client to flush out business requirements, design of business process and the CRM solution Perform documentation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities Advise, guide, and provide insights to the client throughout the entire project engagement Closely manage project risks, budget, and timeline As needed, provide support to Velosio’s existing clients Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs Be aligned to Velosio’s core values, tools, and processes Continuously educate yourself and team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases Foster a team environment Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences Be an advocate for the team

Requirements

  • Has specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
  • Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
  • Experience communicating with Directors and C-level management
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
  • Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
  • Has specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service
  • Able to travel as needed, up to 30%
