D/R Security/Shift Supervisor
About The Position
To function as Shift Supervisor as necessary and as Security Officer as primary function. Provide for safety and security of guests, employees and property through patrol and observation. Respond to requests for assistance in cases of physical altercation, accidents, theft, etc. All other duties of a Security Officer. Supervise and instruct employees on shift in proper performance of job duties. Ensure all procedures are performed according to approved policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. Train and brief staff before shift. Maintain shift schedule and delegate work assignments. Respond to emergencies and serious incidents. Accurate and timely completion of Security Incident Reports Investigating and detaining persons associated with disturbances, complaints, thefts, accidents, and other violations.
