About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the operations of poker games on an assigned shift. Displays a working knowledge of all poker, rules, and procedures. Assures that all coin and check racks are always filled. Settles disputes that arise from guests in the poker area, referring those that are very difficult to the Poker Supervisor, Poker Manager, Table Games Shift Manager or Director of Table Games. Assures guest development by 1) interacting with guests, 2) modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees, and 3) making comp decisions. Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situations to the assigned superior. Observe problems or differences between Poker Team Members and gaming guests and aids if necessary. Provides for safety and security. Plans work for poker dealers on assigned shifts. Supervises and monitors’ work. Monitors legal compliance with federal, state, and gaming laws. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Enforce Project 21 policy and procedures by monitoring areas for underage gamblers. Suggests players in Caesars Rewards, Caesars Rewards App, Play by CR, and Caesars Rewards Visa. Suggests products, services, and experiences to guests. Perform buy ins and fills for poker tables and guests as needed with available bank. Other duties as assigned.
