About The Position

The position offers two roles: Security Ambassador and Security Guest Safety Supervisor, with a pay rate of $19.00/hr for the former and $21.50/hr for the latter. Both roles are full-time and involve various responsibilities aimed at ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and organizational assets. The job includes monitoring guest access, conducting investigations, and coordinating with surveillance teams. Additionally, the roles require staff scheduling and participation in emergency drills.

Responsibilities

• Staff various posts as assigned.
• Perform the functions of a Security Officer, including jackpots, escorts, table fills, and boarding.
• Monitor and control guest access to and from the vessels or non-public areas and maintain a log of guest counts.
• Maintain presence and take action to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and organizational assets.
• Remove and detain unruly and disruptive individuals or persons engaged in criminal activity.
• Coordinate with Surveillance on monitoring critical areas.
• Conduct investigations of incidents as required.
• Schedule daily post assignments.
• Accompany all movement of money to and from the gaming tables, cage, or vault.
• Work with the marine department to conduct emergency and training drills onboard the vessel.
• Complete all paperwork on incidents and actions taken.
• Help to arrest and/or physically restrain a resistant individual.
