About The Position

We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! With an increased underwriting focus in D&O risk, including primary D&O risk, and increased claim activity, additional staffing is needed to maintain our servicing.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney with 8-10 years of experience handling D&O liability claims
• Excellent communication, analytic, negotiation and writing skills
• adjuster's license preferred
• Demonstrates independence, versatility and organization

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust D&O claims and other notifications
• drafting correspondence, reports, memoranda and other documents
• maintaining bordereau
• developing and improving relationships with brokers, clients, trading partners, capacity providers and other market participants
• negotiate claim resolutions
