About The Position

The Quick Lube Automotive Technician role offers an opportunity to positively impact the business and customers daily. The company is seeking smart, energetic, and technically-focused Quick Lube Technicians to redefine the car-servicing experience. This is an entry-level, hourly paid position responsible for performing basic maintenance on customer vehicles. The role requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have basic tools
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive technical school certifications preferred
• Previous experience highly preferred
• Apprenticeship experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools
• Continuously expand knowledge for new technologies and practice
