About The Position
Looking for individual to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly fit and cleaning of furniture and for individuals to produce a white wood item ready for finish that meet Ethan Allen Standards. To construct a piece of furniture from pre-cut parts and assemblies that meet Ethan Allen quality standards. Ability to learn specific manufacturing requirements in the assembly and fit of furniture. Must be able to use air hand tools. Ability to push up to 70lbs. in addition to stretching, reaching and bending in extreme degrees. Must learn specific furniture construction requirements. Must be able to use measurement and small hand tools. Job rotation within and between departments is required. This position requires stretching and reaching on a regular basis.
