With the D&IM team, this role works with a team of commercial and supply chain organizations and will be responsible for the forecast to stock process with advanced planning in Janssen US. This role will participate and directly contribute to improve our demand and supply planning, deployment or replenishment, inventory and issue management, and new product introductions (NPI) and discontinuations. Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree required; Master's or equivalent degree preferred
  • Supply Chain experience (e.g., Planning, inventory management, supply net requirement, deployment, etc.) preferred
  • Proven track record of applying analytical thinking and skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication and ability to work in teams
  • Experience with advance planning system (e.g., SAP or other equivalent systems) preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS or equivalent supply chain certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Measure, identify and coordinate the improvement efforts for customer service levels
  • Actively support the definition of inventory safety stocks and its planning parameters
  • Support effective net requirements planning and handle effective supply with the sourcing plants and the extended JSC
  • Ensure that product flows from sourcing to the commercial affiliate and detonate the delivery process
  • Gain insights for effective issue management and communicate to appropriate internal customers
  • Connect with Deliver functions outbound/inbound, inventory and capacity management
  • Innovate and improve processes and practices at the local, regional, and global level; be the local lead for Janssen Supply Chain
  • Perform product obsolescence (SLOB) by coordinating shelf life and version/labeling management
