About The Position

Requirements

  • Completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.
  • One (1) year of successful experience working with school-age children.
  • At least one year experience working with special education children.
  • Demonstrated dependability, reliability, and good attendance.
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid State of California Driver's License (if required).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certificate issued by an authorized agency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an organized educational setting.
  • Experience with special education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with school-age children in an organized setting.
  • Assist special education children suffering from severe, physical, and multiple disabilities.
  • Use safety equipment and devices designated for the position.
